When we say we want to provide a great experience to our customers we mean it . We want to wow our customers in every interaction , drive a strong focus on execution of activities that are most impactful to our SYSTEM success , and provide a frictionless way of conducting business .

What makes a company easy to do business with ? The easiest , most successful companies to do business with are the ones that follow through on their promises , deliver on quality and service , and meet deadlines . Our goal is to exceed our customer expectations over and over again .

Recently , we implemented organizational structure changes to align the wholesale functional business units at GROWMARK under the leadership of Chief Operating Officer Wade Mittelstadt . This new position will strive to gain alignment of what it will take to become “ easy to do business with .” The goal is to ensure we drive a consistent approach in operations , supply chain , logistics , business-to-business digital strategy , and System brand marketing activities . By eliminating overlapping solutions and creating turnkey programs that are simpler to manage , we work to deliver a more consistent experience .

Cultivating strong relationships with our members has always been a core value at GROWMARK . We are committed to strengthening local relationships that build long-term success and provide consistency in delivering a robust portfolio of services to our members .

Driving initiatives that promote System growth , financial health , and System unity in the recently created Member Resource Division is Executive Vice President Mark Weilbacher , who most recently served as general manager of Heritage FS . This team will provide a robust portfolio of services dedicated to serving local FS companies , boards , and employees . Those services include strategic planning , business acumen , agronomy and energy marketing , agronomic technical support , technology support , ag finance , and field training needs . This team will be laser-focused on FS companies ’ success every day .
