Addition to chemical storage for East Berlin

This year , GROWMARK FS Mid-Atlantic has several new and improved assets to improve efficiency . Strategic planning and careful timing have led to welcome upgrades benefiting the customer base in the Mid-Atlantic growing region .
The Central Region ’ s Codorus , Pennsylvania location installed a new liquid storage tank to increase capacity and improve infrastructure . Work is underway on an addition to their loading dock for more efficient drop-off of product from tractor trailers .
In Lewistown , a new piece of ground application equipment was delivered late last year to the central Pennsylvania location . This equipment applies fungicides at the corn tassel stage , an alternative to the long wait for a scheduled helicopter application .
The East Berlin , Pennsylvania agronomy depot grew with an addition of a building for more chemical storage , completed just in time for the spring season .
