On this warm day in November , smack dab in the middle of corn harvest , the Embrun team took some time for us to peek inside its gates ! Grain Originator César Molina and Operations Manager Jean Philippe “ JP ” Ballot have been hard at work to test the grain quality arriving on the scales and to discuss the opportunities of Great Lakes Grain ’ s Online Offer Centre with local producers .
